Sure, he knows the difference between an ale or a pilsner, but what about a Pinot, Merlot or Cabernet?

If you’ve ever gone to a restaurant with your sweetie and he’s seemed…well…challenged in the wine list area, we’ve got the guide for you! Mark Oldman’s Oldman’s Guide to Outsmarting Wine is the perfect “how-to” for the novice oenophile.

Oldman (known as the Naked Chef of wine) makes it easy for anyone to appreciate, order and differentiate in the overwhelming wine world. Our favorite quote? "The dirty little secret of wine appreciation is that there's just not that much to it." Well, then! Your significant other will enjoy the cheat sheets and the casual tone much like he enjoys the sports page on Sunday.

Regardless of what you do to ring in 2005, do it with panache.

Half of winning the battle is our attitude and fortitude.

Live bravely and confidently and do not doubt!

Churchill told a story about his elderly neighbor dying, this old man’s final words were, “I spent my whole life worrying about things that did not happen.”

Well, not us!

Look forward, think forward and move up this year with positive thoughts and a loving attitude.

These are the best days of our life!
Enjoy, embrace and celebrate all the wonderful things that surround us,
From all of ours to all of you,

The very, very best!
