We may not be foodies, but we love to eat—and Oregon’s one of the best places to “eat local” on earth. (Our ongoing gym membership can attest to that fact.)

And Travel Oregon totally gets it, too. They had the most original idea for this year’s Oregon Bounty, called “Wanderfeast,” where 10 of Oregon’s top regional chefs create one amazing meal from Oregon ingredients. They’ll be traveling the state for 10 weeks, gathering the best flavors at their peak—from wine in the Applegate Valley to chanterelles hiding in the Coast Range to the fish and game that frolic in every nook and cranny of the state. It’s an epic epicurean quest!

The lucky winner will indulge in the final five-course Wanderfeast menu at the chef’s table at Le Pigeon in Portland, plus pick two more Oregon experiences to complete the itinerary of fabulousness. (We’re kind of leaning toward learning the art of mixology with artisan spirits in Southern Oregon, and being an artisan cheese maker for a day in the Willamette Valley…but that’s just us.)
