You’re Invited to the Mississippi Social
This Thursday Evening
Mississippi Avenue is one of our favorite places to while away an afternoon. You can walk from one end (Skidmore) to the other (Fremont) and along the way you’ll find adorable clothing boutiques, fabulous home-décor stores, plus a hot salon, a fab aesthetician, a wellness studio, a lightbulb store, record stores, and amazing shops that sell everything from salts and chocolates to pet supplies, comic books, fresh-roasted coffee and pastries and more more more! And in between there are places to dine, drink, and hang out with your laptop over a cup of local Joe. We love it.
And this Thursday is the Mississippi Social—a monthly event that celebrates the diverse, creative culture of the businesses on Mississippi. The doors stay open a little later (til about 8 pm), there will be music and cocktails and special discounts—it’s like a party in every shop! Plus it has the laid-back vibe you love about Mississippi. This is a stroll down the avenue you will not want to miss!
